Susan Steen
Susan Steen, Ph.D., is the Assistant Professor of Cross-Cultural Communication at the Air Force Culture and Language Center (AFCLC), a center in the Air War College formed in 2006 to develop and strengthen cross-cultural competence in the U.S. Air Force. In this capacity, she conducts research and publishes, provides service to the university, and teaches military members at all academic ranks, from enlisted to General Officer.
